Bio
For nearly two decades, Andrew’s work has focused on helping businesses and executive teams manage enterprise risk in moments where legal exposure and operational pressure collide. His background spans litigation, compliance, and regulated-industry advisory work, with an emphasis on governance discipline and institutional resilience.
His litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, tortious interference with contracts, derivative actions alleging breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, and business ownership conflicts. He also serves as outside litigation and employment counsel, working with leadership teams to identify and manage exposure before disputes escalate.
In parallel, Andrew is a nationally recognized CLE instructor and legal analyst, teaching and speaking on developments in employment law, regulatory compliance, and the legal implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
What has always driven this work
Andrew’s career has consistently centered on moments of uncertainty where the cost of error is high. He founded his firm during the 2008 financial crisis, built education and compliance platforms within regulated industries, and engaged emerging issues early. The focus has remained constant: helping organizations operate through volatility with structure, foresight, and discipline.
Governance Philosophy
Effective governance is a foundation for confident action. Boards exist to support executive leadership while ensuring rigorous debate and accountability, particularly where technology, workforce dynamics, and regulatory risk converge.
- Diverse perspectives: reducing blind spots and mitigating institutional risk.
- Anticipatory compliance: identifying exposure early and leveraging legal change strategically.
- Clear communication: ensuring alignment around why actions are taken.
